• Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for standard delivery

• Customer must ensure site accessibility for transit mixers
• Waiting time beyond 30 minutes at site may incur additional charges

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary based on customer agreement:

• New customers: Advance payment or cash on delivery
• Credit terms available for established customers upon approval
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that our concrete meets IS 456:2000 standards. Our quality commitment includes:

• All concrete is batched according to approved mix designs
• Test reports are provided for each batch upon request
• Claims for quality issues must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Site conditions affecting concrete quality are the customer's responsibility

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation before batching: No charges
• Cancellation after batching: Full payment required
• Cancellation while in transit: Full payment required
• Reduction in order quantity: Subject to minimum order requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure)
• Damage caused by improper handling of concrete at site
• Issues arising from incorrect ordering or specifications
• Consequential or indirect damages
